What you should know
In the app, open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support@loriensoft.com from the address associated with the account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. Never send a password or verification code. We verify ownership, revoke active sessions and process deletion under the documented recovery and retention rules. Some safety, fraud-prevention or financial records may be retained where legally justified. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it in the purchasing store.
Delete in the app
- Open Aviary, then Settings.
- Open Account & Safety and choose Delete account.
- Review what will be removed, complete recent account verification and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@loriensoft.com from the address associated with your Pigeon Post account. Use the subject “Pigeon Post account deletion request” and include only your username and a short request to delete the account.
Do not send your password, verification code, payment-card data or identity document. We may ask for limited, proportionate account verification before starting deletion.
What happens next
- Active sessions and notification registrations are revoked, and public discovery visibility is disabled.
- A 30-day cooling-off period begins. If you change your mind, use the recovery path supplied when the request was made before the deadline.
- After the deadline, credentials, profile, approximate location, preferences, drafts and active product relationships are removed or anonymized.
- Another person's delivered copy of a letter may remain with a deleted-account presentation; your profile and direct account identifiers are removed.
Limited records we may retain
We may retain privacy-minimized safety, fraud-prevention, audit and commerce records for the periods described in the Privacy Policy when necessary for legal compliance, appeals, refunds, reconciliation or abuse prevention.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting a Pigeon Post account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it from the subscriptions area of the store account that made the purchase.
