What you should know
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and follow the age and eligibility rules that apply in your region. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, scams, spam and attempts to obtain precise location are prohibited. You remain responsible for your letters and must respect other people’s rights. Purchases are fulfilled by Apple or Google and validated by server-authoritative records; the purchasing store’s cancellation and refund rules also apply. We may remove content or restrict, suspend or close accounts to protect people, prevent abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Pigeon Post is provided as available; delivery timing and service availability may change. Contact support@loriensoft.com with questions.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
- Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure and do not share or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
A thoughtful correspondence standard
Pigeon Post is designed for respectful, private correspondence. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate, spam or pressure another person. Do not request exact coordinates, home addresses, payment credentials, verification codes or identity documents.
- No hate, sexual exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, trafficking or threats of violence.
- No scams, unsolicited commercial messages, automated scraping or attempts to bypass safety, privacy or purchase controls.
- Respect a person's decision to decline, pause or end correspondence.
Your letters and profile content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Loriensoft a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Pigeon Post.
You must have the right to share what you submit. Private letters are not a place to distribute illegal content or infringe another person's rights.
Journeys, maps and availability
Journey times, routes and map positions are product representations. Routes are illustrative, locations are approximate and delivery depends on server-authoritative state. They are not postal, navigation or emergency services.
We may change, interrupt or retire features to maintain security, comply with law or improve the product. We aim to preserve account and letter integrity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Purchases, Plus and Gold
Apple or Google processes payments. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds are shown by the purchasing store and are subject to its terms. Pigeon Post validates signed store records and never receives full payment-card details.
Deleting your Pigeon Post account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase.
Moderation and account action
We may remove content, limit visibility, cancel unsafe interactions, suspend access or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Where appropriate, the app provides reporting and appeal paths.
Disclaimers and changes
Pigeon Post is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by mandatory law and your place of residence where consumer law requires it.
