What you should know
Pigeon Post is an adults-only service: people under 18 may not create or use an account. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, or any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers a child. Users can report a profile, letter, or interaction from inside the app and may also contact support@loriensoft.com. We review safety reports, restrict access while necessary, preserve relevant evidence, remove prohibited content, and suspend or permanently ban offending accounts. Where required by law, we report confirmed CSAM or imminent child-safety threats to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable. We cooperate with lawful investigations and maintain a designated child-safety contact at info@loriensoft.com. Users can also decline an introduction, block a profile, and protect their exact location through approximate-place controls. Never request exact coordinates, a home address, financial credentials, verification codes, or identity documents. Pigeon Post is not an emergency service; if someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Pigeon Post is for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create or use an account. If you believe a minor is using the service, report the account immediately.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion and any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers a child.
We remove prohibited content, restrict or permanently ban offending accounts, preserve relevant evidence and report confirmed CSAM or imminent child-safety threats to the appropriate authorities where required, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.
Report, block and end contact
- Report a profile, letter or interaction from its action menu in the app.
- Block an account to stop further contact and remove it from relevant discovery experiences.
- Use correspondence controls to pause or end a pen-pal relationship without ghosting.
- Email support@loriensoft.com when you cannot use the in-app report path.
Protect personal information
Never request or share exact coordinates, a home address, payment credentials, verification codes or identity documents. Maps intentionally show approximate places and illustrative routes.
Moderation and appeals
We review reports, may limit access while an investigation is active, and keep proportionate safety records. Where supported, a person affected by an account-safety decision can request review or appeal in the app or through support.
